We expect all vendors to arrive on time and equipped with the proper supplies for their booth. Please review the list below and take note of check-in times and locations, booth information, and information about special equipment.
Please also note that all vendors are required to comply with all state and local guidelines regarding masks and social distancing as required by law at the time of the event.
Check-in and load-in starts at 7:00am and ends promptly at 9:00am. All vehicles must be off the site no later than 9:00am. Vendors that arrive after this window forfeit their right to vend at the event.
Vendor spaces will be assigned upon completion of check-in. Vendors are not permitted to claim a space or begin setting up prior to check-in.
Please look for event staff to direct you to the designated check-in area.
During load-in, vendors must unload their vehicle and immediately move their vehicle from the event area. Do not leave vehicle parked in the event area while you are setting up. In order to execute the set-up in the short timeframe, vehicles must not block the flow of traffic.
Following load-in, vendors will be asked to park in the back lot of the church located to the left of ROOM 3 Vintage. Vendors are not authorized to park at their tents or vend out of their vehicles. Please reach out to staff or event security for directions. All vendor vehicles will be marked with a washable chalk marker in order to identify incorrectly parked vehicles. Vendors that fail to comply with parking regulations may forfeit their right to vend or participate in future events.
Merchant spaces are approximately 10’x10’, unless otherwise stipulated in your application (ie Food Trucks). Vendors may not exceed their reserved space as it affects planning and setup, and may affect other vendors reservations.
Vendors must provide all materials for booth set up (excluding canopy). This typically includes tables for merchandise, battery operated lighting, and any equipment required for setup of your booth.

Please be aware that access to electricity is extremely limited. Generators are not allowed, unless otherwise approved by event staff. Please contact us regarding your electricity needs.
Vendors that produce trash of any kind must provide garbage and/or recycling containers at their space. Booth area must be cleaned at the end of the evening including all trash and spills. A cleaning fee may be imposed if booth area is not cleaned thoroughly. All vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during event hours.
